Outstanding Surgeon Certification Earned
David J. Ludwick, M.D. recently completed the requirements for certification by The American Board of Eye Surgery. This certification board recognizes those ophthalmic professionals who achieve standards for the highest quality in surgical eye care. Less than one percent of ophthalmologists in the United States have achieved this level of certification. Dr. Ludwick has been certified in the sub-specialty of Cataract and Implant Surgery.
Dr. Ludwick has been practicing ophthalmology and performing eye surgery in the Chambersburg area since 1997. He is board certified in internal medicine and ophthalmology and is certified by the American College of Surgeons, He also holds membership in The American Academy of Ophthalmology and The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
Ludwick Eye Center Welcomes Dr. Glen W. Elliott
Ludwick Eye Center welcomes Glen W. Elliott, O.D. to our practice! Dr. Elliott received a B.S. Degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992. He received his Doctorate in Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2001. A veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Dr. Elliott served our country for 10 years in the U.S. Navy. He also has 10 years in optometric patient care experience and specializes in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. He has served as a speaker on Dry Eye Treatments at National Conferences. Dr. Elliott is now accepting patients in the Chambersburg, Hagerstown and Waynesboro locations.
Congratulations to Dr. Danziger on his Retirement!
The doctors and staff at Ludwick Eye Center would like to congratulate Dr. Danziger for his successful medical and surgical career in the Washington County area. After 37 years practicing ophthalmology, Dr. Danziger has announced his retirement effective September 30, 2011. It has been our pleasure to have him on the staff of Ludwick Eye Center for the past 3 years. Excited for his retirement, Dr. Danziger is looking forward to spending more time with his family.
